Gallery Zezë is a tiny Lan Luang cocktail bar that feels less like a venue and more like being let into someone’s strange, warm little home. There is no big bar counter here, just a horn-shaped wooden table, six wooden chairs, soft candlelight, cats wandering around, and bartenders moving through the room like part of the conversation. The drinks are creative without getting cold about it, built from familiar flavors pushed somewhere more curious: roasted buckwheat coffee, fermented Chinese tea, warm black tea with spice and honey, mezcal with Campari and charred pineapple peel.
