Set inside Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, the space wraps around a lush central garden with a koi pond, tropical plants, water features, and open-air seating that keeps the mood relaxed without losing the polish. After its 2022 renovation, Aqua leaned into a more contemporary look, while the drinks program moved beyond safe classics into spice, smoke, savory flavors, and umami.
